Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Lingo Widget (the “Widget”) operated by Lingo Widget (“us,” “we,” or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Widget is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the Widget.

By accessing or using the Widget, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Widget.

Subscriptions

Some features are offered through auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases. Available products, prices, billing periods, trial eligibility, and renewal terms appear in the App Store purchase sheet before confirmation.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them before the current billing period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Payment is processed by Apple.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Apple determines trial eligibility based on your App Store purchase history.

Refunds

Apple handles App Store refund requests and makes the final decision. When you request a refund, you consent to our sharing purchase consumption and app usage information with Apple. This information may include purchase delivery, app usage, purchase consumption, and purchase or refund history. We may also send Apple our preferred refund outcome.

Advertising

The Widget does not include advertisements or collect data for third-party advertising purposes.

Intellectual Property

The Widget and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lingo Widget and its licensors.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Widget immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Widget is at your sole risk. The Widget is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
